Re: Award Summary/Notification form - InfoEd Dara Little 05 May 2008 13:29 EST

Cindy -

Northern Illinois University has used the batch communication tool to build award summaries (internal NOA's) for about two years. We send the NOA via email with the full award and budget as a PDF attachment. It is really a nice process in that the formal communication is permanently retained in the record..helpful when you need to know exactly who received the notice and at what time.

...Our batch comm's were build using simple HTML code.

Hi All,

We are attempting to set up an award summary form that pulls information
from InfoEd, our online proposal tracking database. I was wondering if there
are any InfoEd users among the resadm-ers with experience in creating forms
in InfoEd. We were told by InfoEd that we should use MS Access to create
such a form, but this is not an ideal solution. Any advice/experience would
be appreciated.

Thanks!
