We are in receipt of a Cooperative Agreement from the U.S. Department of
State, which has Standard Terms and Conditions for Domestic Financial
Assistance Awards dated 4/7/08.
 (T&C located at

Since up to this point, we have been working with T&Cs dated September
1999, I am curious to see if anyone has received an award with the
4/7/08 version.

We strongly believe that Article 6(f) may pose a publication
restriction. Has anyone else encountered this clause and/or is currently
working with the State to negotiate alternate language?
