What about us institutions that paid the access of $75/year - do we get a
refund?

All Users of the ONR AwardWeb System,

As of 4 April 2008, the ONR AwardWeb process for the electronic
delivery of Grant Award Documents will no longer require a PKI
certificate for access. In fact, document retrieval should be much
easier.

A new, simplified "Grant Retrieval Module" web site has been set up at
ONR (details below).

Notifications will be sent as they are today, and will include the
address of the new web site. The email will also contain a "Tracking
Number" which you will need to enter at the new site to be routed
directly to the award document. Just copy the "Tracking Number" from
the email and paste it to the appropriate block on the site and your
award document will be displayed on screen.

You will then be able to download or print the document as you do
today....it will just be easier, and there will be no PKI certificate
issues to resolve.

It is hoped that you will find this to be even easier than it was
originally!

Thanks for Your Patience,

Frank O'Day
