Hi--

In updating a number of policies and documents we noted that we have the
OMB Circulars as the prime citations for grant management/cost
principles.  Due to PL 106-107, some of the Circulars were moved to 2
CFR, but not all.

My understanding is that any future updates or additions to these
regulations will be made in the 2 CFR, not the Circular.

Questions:
1.  Am I correct in the fact that the revisions will be made to the 2
CFR, making the Circular citation obsolete?
2.  Is the 2 CFR the most appropriate citation for documents like
Procurement policies, Subaward agreements, etc.?
3.  From what I can find it appears that A-102 and A-133 have not
moved-- is that correct?  Is this still in the works?
