Manager, Pre-Award Services

Full time position available in the Office of Sponsored Programs at
Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia.  Bachelor's degree
in management, accounting, or research administration and 5 years
relevant experience required.  Master's degree preferred. The individual
will review grants and contracts in the pre-award phase for conformance
with sponsor and medical school guidelines.  Additionally, they will
negotiate contracts and agreements, assist with the development of
subcontracts and handle non-fiscal post award administrative issues. The
individual will also assist with problem resolution and provide reports
