For profits will undoubtedly add a fee in the budget if they don't have
a negotiated rate. Leave it blank if that's the case. You should be
able to search the NIH policy statement for subcontractors and find the
info on the for -profits.

Can someone fill me in on what the restrictions are regarding the use of
a For-profit entity as a subawardee on a NIH grant? Or at least point
me in the direction of the particular guidelines. Also when calculating
the budget, the For-Profit wouldn't necessarily have an F&A rate , do
you just figure in the full amount and leave the F&A blank?
