Can someone fill me in on what the restrictions are regarding the use of
a For-profit entity as a subawardee on a NIH grant?  Or at least point
me in the direction of the particular guidelines.  Also when calculating
the budget, the For-Profit wouldn't necessarily have an F&A rate ,  do
you just figure in the full amount and leave the F&A blank?
