I just resubmitted my application for PA-08-52. Even though I got
the OPP CLOSED ERROR FATAL message yesterday, today it went through
to NIH with no errors or warnings. I never got a response from NIH
to my help message yesterday, but I guess we'll have to read the FOAs
very carefully for "Opening Date", and try to get it corrected in
advance if they have mistakenly used the same day as the "Deadline
