We are in the process of submitting a USDA application to the Higher Education Challenge Grant Program through Grants.gov

Non-federal matching is required.  On one of our subaward budgets, the R&R Budget form won't automatically add across.  So that no matter what we do, the total will not add across under:
G.  Direct Costs and
I. Total Direct and Indirect Costs

So the form shows         Total Federal     Total Non-Fed          Total Fed and Non Fed

 $100               $250                      $100

Where the 3rd column is an automatic calculation and we cannot force an entry of $350.

Grants.gov helpline told us to enter it again and we have but it does the same thing.  Our other subaward budget is fine.

Has anyone else had this problem?  This may be our first Grants.gov with fed and non-federal AND sub awards.
