Grants.gov Adobe forms solution

As we ponder the approach of "bad new nights" I have a suggestion, to
alleviate potential fears. Here is a link to a generic Adobe file.
http://at07apply.grants.gov/apply/opportunities/packages/oppRR-
BUDGET-120607-cfda16.202-cidCOMP-ID-120607.pdf
Open this file and see what happens to your computer. Does the file
open with ADOBE READER 8.1.1 ? Some other program?
Do you have other Adobe programs among your applications. Can you
make ADOBE READER 8.1.1 the default program with your Browser to
open .pdf files from the net?
Perhaps someone with a non-Mac can explain now to do this.

I just opened this file to check it and find this warning
IMPORTANT! To Avoid Submission Errors! You must ONLY Save & Submit
this package in Adobe Reader version 8.1.1.
Do not Save unless using Adobe Reader version 8.1.1 ONLY.

This was not there this morning when I was working with it. Nice
progress by Grants.gov
Anyway. Open the file and see if you have activated ADOBE READER
8.1.1 or some other program.
If strange things happen, let us know :)
Thanks
Bob
