Cynthia,
Your staff should try the CRA website.  The site lists mentors who are readily available to give out this kind of information and their experience in taking the exam.  In addition, they can share how they prepared for the exam.

Hello,

This may have already been addressed previously by the list serve,
but forgive if I ask again.  I have four individuals on my staff who
plan to sit for the CRA in December, and I am interested in how many
people taking the exam sat for the review session prior to the
exam.  If you have individual experiences you'd like to share with
me, please send to me directly.

This information may be compiled somewhere; and if so, I would very
much appreciate the kind soul who would direct me accordingly.
