I am looking for a comprehensive form or checklist to use
when conducting a pre-qualification risk assessment of
subrecipients, particularly of entities with which we have
no prior experience.  If you have such a document or
guidance that you are willing to share, please contact me
off list and I will summarize for the group if there is
expressed interest in this topic.
