Good morning,

Now that the NIH Commons allows the institution the option of allowing
its PIs to submit their own e-SNAPs, we are looking at whether this is a
good idea.

I would like to hear from anyone on either side; i.e. those who allow
and those who do not allow PIs to submit their own e-SNAPs.  We have
identified some pro's and cons, and would like to hear what others think
about this issue.
