I think there may be a problem with the link that was provided on the
Webcast
Instructions PDF.  The link spreads across two lines and I don't think that
the
person who created the document included the second line when creating the
actual hyperlink (hold your cursor over the link and look at the text in the

yellow box that pops up and you'll see what I mean).  I copied and pasted
the
full hyperlink into my IE address bar and that seemed to do the trick for
me.
