Patrick,
You need to go to the prescriptions for each clause in question. The
prescription lays out which clause or alternate is specific to each
different situation. When you look up the clause, the prescription is
the first thing you see ex: "The following clause shall be used as
prescribed in 323.7002"

Hi all,

Does anyone have any input regarding the question below about FAR
clauses from a for-profit prime flowing down to a non-profit academic
sub awardee?  We understand that the for-profit FAR clauses do not apply
to us as a non-profit but the prime says they do.
