Does any one have any knowledge of employee contract requirements to receive federal grant money? We have a new physician who wants to come to our institution who will be a "contractual" employee, meaning we will not pay his salary but provide him with the infrastructure and management of his grants. Is there anything that needs to be in his employment contract that makes his relationship with us legitimate to receive these types of fundings?
