Dear Colleagues,

Our University was preparing to apply for a Title III grant and recently learned
that we do not meet one aspect of the eligibility requirement; however we are
considering applying for a waiver.  Does anyone have experience successfully
receiving a waiver to apply for Title III?  Could you share your experience and
knowledge of this process?
