Re: leadtime for review of Grants.gov proposals

We inform each PI that they must be prepared to submit at least 5
working days before the deadline or they cannot be guaranteed that the
proposal will be received within the deadline; and that although our
office will still try to submit, we will not be responsible if it is not
received on time.
So far the 5 working days has been enough for all of the proposals, but
our NSF submissions have still been on FastLane. I'm a little nervous
that when some of the scientific proposals are uploaded, we might need
more time.
