We applied to this last year (no problems filling out the forms), but have been unable to get FEMA to respond to our emails trying to find out if we were funded or not. We don't appeara on their online "list" but there was some indication that awards were being made on a rolling basis. Does anyone else know about this?

Subject: [RESADM-L] Difficulty with FEMA application form November 30

Friends:

We are having a difficulty filling out the forms for the Firefighters Grant Program due to FEMA on November 30 - the Fire Prevention and Safety Grants program.

We are unable to select any of the options on the drop-down menu for "Type of Community Served".  Other similar menus seem to work OK, but we can't retain any of the choices on this one, and the system won't let us advance to other forms because this form is incomplete.

Is anyone else having the same difficulty?
Could it be the choice of browser?  Our PI is using Mozilla.
But maybe there's some other factor involved.

Has anyone found a solution or a workaround?
Any advice or suggestions would be welcome.
