Dear Friends:
Has anyone run into a problem with proposals submitted through
grants.gov not being recorded as received at an agency?

We are running into this with an application that was confirmed through
grants.gov but the agency can't locate it.

Grants.gov is telling us that the agency tech people have to contact the
g.g tech people to "find" the lost application.

If anyone has experienced this, we would appreciate learning from you
how this was handled.
