I need to know if anyone in this email community uses the program Cayuse
for G.g application and submission as well as tracking, retrieval and
statistical analysis.  I want to pick the collective brain and see what
it can deliver for my department and institution.

I wish to explore, to name a few, particular points:
Web portal, Institutional main frame, or local drive
General ease of usage
Help line availability - call center or Institutional/local
Multi-level PI and/or Administrative access and availability
Multi departmental/school/institutional access and availability
Compatibility with Macs, MS office XP, Vista, PeopleSoft and other
programs
Print abilities

If my institution does decide to use it, I just want to be prepared from
the POV of peers of the e-community.
