If by chance this is your first gg submission (it is possible...lol) make sure the person who loaded the registration in g.g used the number you are using. They could have made a mistake during the registration in either a digit, zero vs o, or used the wrong Duns number (some universities have more than one)
Also make sure there aren't any blank spaces either before the duns number or after.
If all else fails go ahead and open write-ups with g.g and the sponsor so hopefully they'll let you submit when you get the issue resolved.
