Hi All,

I am looking for guidance on reporting person months when there is no formal
time committment to the project? The current support to be reported is an
NSF facilities, communications, and equipment award. The application itself is
for an international planning visit. I have gotten two different answers so far
from the folks there, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
