Ditto to all that has been said. We are in the midst of having lunches
for new faculty from all disciplines to fill them in on our rewards,
services, internal grant seed programs. The conversations have taken on
an air of their own that lead to collaborations. Very interesting to
watch this dynamic at work among enthusiastic new faculty.
