Okay... related to the "work for hire"... can you provide an example of what that clause might look like in a contract? I understand the meaning, but would like to see it "in use" in a contract. We do some surveying work for outside clients. Clearly, the client owns the results of the survey, i.e. the data and analyses we provide; we can't sell that to others without their permission.
