Good morning!  Question for the collective wisdom of this group...do
any of you have, as part of your F&A rate agreement, an uncapped DOD
rate for contracts (where they give you an additional % point)?  And
if you do have such a rate, do you have it for organized research
only, or for other categories as well?  How frequently do you use the
rate?  How do you know at the proposal stage which rate to use, the
standard F&A or the uncapped rate?
