** High Priority **
Last week, Esteria, I prepared a supplemental request on a current
grant in the form of a subaward. The contract is to support a grad
student with no senior personnel. Our budget (we are in receipt of
the prime project award) reflected the subaward with our PI listed
as the PI of the main project but with no salary for him as we were
accounting for the subaward request only.
Does this make sense? To subaward you have a prime award recipient.
My advice is whatever institution is the prime recipient (where the
PI lives) needs to prepare the request for a subaward. I am assuming
you are applying to NSF.
Sincerely,
Gina

We have a subaward budget with no Sr Key Personnel but there are
about 10 consultants. We have received submission errors twice
because we left the PD/PI blank and entered 0.00 in the
salary/benefits/fund req sections. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Esteria
