Hello,
I need the collective experience and wisdom of the research
professionals out there. Does anyone have, and is willing to share, a
policy that exempts breaks like Thanksgiving week, Christmas vacation
and spring break from the base salary period or contract period for
faculty? And thus would allow additional compensation for those periods
as "off contract" time?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
