Does anyone have guidelines they are using for monitoring subcontracts that
they would be willing to share?  We need to put in place a "plan" involving
a large center award we will be involved in which will include many
subcontractors.  I am looking for a plan that outlines clearly who is
responsible for various levels of monitoring, timelines, expectations,
etc.  Any guidance documents or plans would be most helpful.
