I don't know what colors to wear.

My 10 year old son has seemed unaffected by the VT shootings.  I heard
today that a similar indifferent reaction was shared by a friend of his, a
girl who moved away last year so that her Mom could take a job
at...Virginia Tech.

This morning my son looked at the front page of the NY times and
commented, still very matter of factly, on the two big photos: a macho 2
pistol wielding killer of 32 and the bomb that killed 171.

Now who has become desensitized?
