Hi all,
 I am curious to find out if other institutions have a quick guide to
FAR clauses that are acceptable to their institution and if so, what
information do you include and how do you go about updating it.  We have
a FAR "grid" that has the clause number, title and the alternates that
are acceptable along with their dates and then a designation of whether
it is acceptable, sometimes acceptable or never acceptable.  We also
have a place for comments to explain why it is not acceptable or when it
might be acceptable if it is designated as "sometimes".
