I am seeking your assistance in hopes of avoiding reinventing the wheel.
Does anyone have a generic brochure of expenditure guidelines aimed at
investigators?  The ideal document would include, among other things, what
is generally allowable and what is generally not, what often requires
sponsor approval and justification.
