This actually looks quite useful.  I was not aware of the Decision Tree
previously so thank you, Ms Chamness, for that.  Does anyone know if there
is there a similar tool available for the US Munitions List??

In your opinion, are the US Department of Commerce’s “Export Control
Decision Tree” and “Subject to the EAR” chart the most useful guidelines
