Hi - since I have not seen a notice from the System office, thought I would
let
you know that they are having problems with encumbrances in the CIW, which
means
that the new Outstanding Encumbrances report in PSLite could be inaccurate.

It should reflect the same information as the Cognos Outstanding Encumbrance

Report, however, until the data is corrected in the warehouse, both may be
wrong.
 I think that the problem may be limited to standing purchase orders, and I
will
let you know when it is fixed.
