Oh, I must say something regarding the "maximum" salary. It's outrageously low. Imagine living, if you will, on $34k and affording a house, a car, one vacation, food, utilities, saving for someone else's college education, repaying one's own student loan(s), saving for retirement (investing in it?), and oh no: a car. Gross (at the maximum) reigns in approx $836 every two weeks. Who imagines that such an overworked and undervalued (truly) position could survive on that meager 'maximum' income? What was the purpose of the individual earning even a bachelor degree? I must speak up here. I must. Sorry. To continue, how equal is this opportunity for employment? Would the ideal candidate be a newly graduated undergraduate, excluding all other candidates? Or how about getting more bang for the buck: a spouse, making this a second income? How else otherwise is it possible to request two years of experience to top the offer at $34k? Again, I am sorry but I had to speak (type) out. Consider reality: as in, $42k starting. Min. three years experience. Make a real offer.
