Hi,
Could someone assure me that I am not the only one unable to access
Commons? Of course we are trying to access error/warning messages for
today's deadline... The message on the Commons web page is that they
are experiencing techncial difficulties or heavy traffic, and a couple
of hours earlier I received a reply to my inquiry from Commons that they
were experiencing problems and were working on them.
That was followed by a Helpdesk message that my question had been
frowarded to the appropriate technical support team. Does anyone have a
sense of what I should expect in terms of being able to meet our
deadline?
