Leslie,
We were in the same situation.  I went on the GG site and looked to see
if HRSA had assigned us a number and they had.  So this morning I pulled
the PI in and we went into HRSA and managed to pull down the GG
application.  It was mostly all there, but still need more information
to be filled out.  And we still have not received an e-mail!

We are STILL waiting for HRSA to send the email
regarding the next phase of the application (EHB). They finally
responded to
email, and they told us to let them know if we hadn*t heard anything

after 5:00 pm today, so..... we are still in purgatory.....And after
seeing
what the rest of you are going through my anxiety is pretty high.

Is anyone else lost in the limbo between grants.gov and EHB?
