Try having 7 profiles, because it will let any one create a new one. Anyone can register as an AO. HRSA says they cannot consolidate the profiles because grant files are associated with them. Each profile has different users attached. Now, our applications are assigned to profiles willy-nilly. A new application submitted was not assigned to the profile that the pi is registered under so he had to re-register under the profile that the grant was assigned to. We have to keep track of 7 logins and search for applications. Now this poor investigator has two accounts to track. IMHO, HRSA is a four-letter word. (oye, I have a headache.)
