I agree.  If anyone has any contacts at the Council on Governmental
Relations (COGR), it would be good to bring this up to them, as they
serve as a great mouthpiece for voicing these types of concerns for us.
I know they were very influential in getting the NIH to push back their
R01 electronic "go-live" date.
