I am still working on my AENT submission.  Since HRSA didn't require a
budget, I just opened those budget pages and saved them.  That seemed to
work.

I guess I will see when it comes time to submit ....

This is definitely a painful process for everyone!

OMG, I finally got the AENT grant submitted to HRSA through the
Electronic Handbook and you have to fill in all sorts of information,
like 5 yr worth of  budget dates and make sure they match the budget
dates on the face page.  Anyone else have another solution to getting
the application complete for submission?  I did work with the call
center, Karen Breeden at HRSA AENT and the technical assistance folks to
get this completed.

I spoke with HRSA last week as we too had not gotten the email from them
regarding the next phase of the application.  I was told they had just
started processing or were just about to start processing.  This was
around Thursday, Feb 15th.  From what I understand, the 2nd phase is not
due until Feb 26 and the mailing of the signed face page isn't due until
5 days after you get the verification of successful submission of the
2nd phase.

I think they may just have been inundated and with the weather, very
very very shorthanded.
