We received our certificates within a matter of days in December, but we
used ECA  - not Verisign

Good Morning.

We are still waiting for our certificate and passwords in order to
access
awardweb .  Has anyone been successful in completing this process?  If
so,
how long did it take?  When we try to access awards in the queue we
receive
a message that the contractor(s) is four to six weeks behind, which is
totally unacceptable.  Thanks for your response.
