Good morning Pam,

The NRSA stipend levels for FY07 have not yet been published.  I seem to
remember from past years that they usually don't publish anything official
about the new year's rates until their fiscal year budget has been
finalized.

NIH did come out with a new policy regarding NRSA institutional allowances
that takes effect in FY07. You can find the new policy at
