Description
Located in Manhasset, NY, The Feinstein Institute for Medical Research
is one of the fastest-growing bio-medical research institutes in the
country. The institute is a unique, disease-oriented biomedical
research institution dedicated to advancing science, shaping medicine
and making a difference in people's lives. The institute was established
in 1999 and already is among the top 6 percent of the more than 3,000
institutions across the country that receives National Institutes of
Health (NIH) funding.
The selected candidate will review grant and contract proposals; will
assist investigators with proposal development; will disseminate funding
agency guidelines and funding opportunity information to the research
community.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of 2 years of related experience
with grants, contracts administration procedures and funding
requirements.
Excellent written and communication skills. Experienced in Microsoft
Word, Excel, and Access required.
