Good Morning!

I'd like to know if any of you have yet received awards containing the
language below (or similar). If you have, and do accept them as valid
awards, what level of risk do you think you're assuming for your university?

"Subject to availability of funds under current Continuing Resolution
authority."

I've got a small award (approx $32k) and this verbiage is in big, bold
letters!!
