I hoping that someone knows the answer to this or can point me in the right
direction.

I would like to file for an OLAW assurance for our institution to establish our
own IACUC. However, we do not have an animal facility because our animal studies
are conducted off-site. Does anyone know if it is required to have an animals
facility in order to obtain an assurance?
