Please allow me to clarify that the problem experienced by the
University of New Hampshire (UNH) with grants.gov is solely the result
of grants.gov staff failure to properly set up our profiles and links.
InfoEd had no way of predicting that this would occur with grants.gov
staff. (Human error is always a possibility, but just try to predict
who, what, where, when, and why!) UNH has complete confidence in the
guidance given to us by InfoEd during our system-to-system application
testing.
