Good morning!

I'm looking for examples of policies for "who pays when the sponsor
doesn't."  Ideally it would address all scenarios — default by either
party,  disputes with adverse settlement, etc.  If it contains your
procedures for implementation, so much the better.   If not, and you are
willing to share them, even anecdotally, that would be good too.
