We are considering it also. It can be for NCEs and adding an additional
year to a sub. I cannot see any draw back to it.

I'm wondering how many of you have considered issuing unilateral
modifications to subaward/subcontract modifications that are for no-cost
extensions. It's certainly a time saver for all parties. If you've
implemented or decided not to and are willing to share your experiences,
I'd appreciate it.
