I've placed a number of support request (all still pending). eSNAP's are
going through, with confirmation emails being received, only to have them
show up (now in triplicate) in the Commons as "Overdue"!

We have been having numerous problems with eSNAP.  This has been
going on since early October.  I am told that there will be a new
release over the week end but that does not do much for the Nov. 15
eSNAP deadline.
