I was just on Fastlane.  It worked fine for me.

I was logged into Fastlane earlier this morning, but now I cannot connect
at all.  Are other people experiencing this?  I tried contacting the
helpdesk but gave up and left a message after sitting on hold for a very
long time.  Is there anyone out there in NSF-land who can give some
information?
